The freedom to begin again.

Invite in deeper presence, stillness, grounding and resource (joy, ease, wellbeing) into your day.

Also to invite in the gift of feeling connected, leaning into the support of guided meditation and the feeling of breathing and being together.

with love,

On meditation posture:

In this photo, I am sitting tall, soft gazing at the ocean at Baker Beach. At home, I don’t sit like this :) I sit either on the ground, or on the couch, and with my back fully against a pillow. I really enjoy feeling my back body in contact with something and supported, and my low body supported. I recommend trying this, or if laying down is more restorative for you, try laying down with a blanket or bolster under your knees. This is also a really nourishing way to meditate.
